UBS has assembled a team of senior dealmakers to advise clients on ESG issues, as the transition to a cleaner economy is expected to provide a lucrative new line of fees for banks.
The Swiss bank has named Aneliys Crawford as head of ESG advisory for the Americas, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News. She is currently leads its activism defence practice, a role UBS's senior management is currently reviewing.
