Morgan Stanley plans to cut another 3,000 jobs, or around 5% of its workforce, as the dealmaking slump continues to weight on investment banks.
The Wall Street bank plans to roll out its second wave of job cuts in the space of six months, according to Bloomberg, with the redundancies likely to hit its investment bank harder than other parts of the business. The cuts will be implemented by the end of June, it said.
