The chief executive of Columbia Threadneedle’s business in Europe said the “fear of missing out” has encouraged the vast majority of the asset manager's staff back to its London office.
Columbia Threadneedle, which is owned by US-based Ameriprise Financial, has asked around 1,100 staff to be back in its Cannon Street headquarters for a minimum of three days a week as part of its post-Covid hybrid working arrangements. Teams are expected to be in the office on the same day at least once a week.
