UBS has tapped a former Credit Suisse board member to be its group treasurer as the newly-merged Swiss bank sets out its senior leadership team.
Mirko Bianchi, who was chair of Credit Suisse's audit committee and a member of its board of directors since last year, has been named group treasurer and chair of the asset and liability committee. The move is part of a series of senior leadership changes laid out by UBS following completion of its takeover of its Swiss rival, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
