More than half of Black staff in UK financial services are worried about being judged by their co-workers based on stereotypes, according to a landmark survey on inclusion in the City.
Fifty-five percent of Black and Black British respondents feared being stereotyped, the highest percentage among all ethnic groups, and a significantly greater proportion that the 16% of White British and Irish respondents that feared the same.
