Law firms join forces in multi-million pound claim against Woodford fund administrator

fnlondon.comTwo law firms representing thousands of investors left trapped in Neil Woodford's defunct flagship fund have joined forces to pursue a multi-million pound claim against its administrator.
Leigh Day and Harcus Parker, which between them have issued claims for around 2,500 Woodford investors, will on 15 June file a joint application at the High Court for a group litigation order against Link Fund Solutions — a claim the lawyers have estimated could top £100m if successful.
