The financial services sector will have to comb through the numbers to make sure hybrid working doesn’t “fall on gender lines”, the UK and Ireland chief executive of Deutsche Bank said.
“We are going to look at that data [on who is working in the office and at home] forensically, on a month-by-month basis,” said Tiina Lee, speaking on a panel at City and Financial's annual culture and conduct forum. “Because I don’t think we can take it as given that it will be a success for everybody. I don’t want it to fall on gender lines.”
