Crypto finance: Jayant Sinha-led Parliamentary panel to gather views from crypto exchanges, stakeholders

moneycontrol.comRepresentatives of crypto exchanges, Block chain and Crypto Assets Council (BACC), industry bodies and other stakeholders will make their submissions on crypto finance on Monday before a parliamentary panel chaired by BJP leader Jayant Sinha.
This will be the first meeting on the subject to be convened by the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance on the subject, which has generated a lot of interest as well as concerns in various quarters around investment potential and risks.
The panel, headed by Sinha, who is also a former Minister of State for Finance, will also gather inputs from academicians from IIM Ahmedabad.
The panel’s meeting, scheduled to be held in the afternoon, assumes significance as it comes days after Prime Minister
