Citigroup has told its London staff to come into the office at least three days a week, after the UK government rolled back its so-called Plan-B measures for home working.
The US investment bank, which has touted its more flexible working policies as a competitive advantage for attracting talent, told employees usually based in its Canary Wharf headquarters that they "are now free to gather in our offices", according to a memo seen by Financial News.
