This Caramel Bread Popcorn recipe is buttery, rich and sweet, and much better than store-bought caramel popcorn. Bread slices are cut into cubes, roasted and coated in a caramel sauce. They are crispy and oh-so divine! And even if you’re not watching a movie, there is no one who can say no to a tub full of this flavourful popcorn. They can be made in just under 15 mins and are super easy to make. So, without much ado, let’s take a look at the recipe:

Caramel Bread Popcorn Recipe: How To Make Caramel Bread Popcorn

First, remove the brown edges of the bread slices and cut into small cubes. Now, in a pan, add ghee and slightly toast the bread cubes until crispy.

In a separate pan, add sugar and water. Allow it to cook for 3-4 mins on low heat or until the sugar syrup thickens and caramelises. Add butter and milk. Mix well.
